David Franklin DuVall

David F. DuVall was born in Muskogee, OK in 1982. He earned his undergraduate degree in Health Science at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK, in 2005. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree at the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2008. Mr. Duvall is licensed to practice law in all Oklahoma State courts and in all of the United States District Courts in Oklahoma. Mr. DuVall has also been admitted to practice law in Oklahoma's Northern and Eastern District Bankruptcy Courts.

Mr. DuVall joined the firm in 2008. He engages in a general practice with concentration areas of Eminent Domain, Bankruptcy, Appellate Practice, Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Real Estate law. Mr. DuVall is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Mayes County Bar Association. He is a past President of the Mayes County Bar Association.
